Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to services provided by Narnium Solutions Ltd, a company incorporated in Belize (registration number 000050662), the operator of this website and the controller of personal data processed through it.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the methods and purposes for which your personal Player Data ("the Player Data") is processed, as well as to inform you about the rights you have regarding the processing. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree that you understand and accept the use of your personal information as set out in this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website or otherwise provide us with your personal information. This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.

This policy is written to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standard of transparency and individual rights, and we apply those rights to players wherever they are located, except where a conflicting legal duty (for example anti-money-laundering record-keeping) takes precedence.

The Operator may periodically make changes to this Privacy Policy and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on the Website. The Operator may also inform you personally of any significant changes to this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to regularly examine this Privacy Policy for up-to-date information on the processing of Player Data.

2. Information we collect

Personal data allows the Operator to identify the player. When you create an account on the Website, you are requested to submit your personal information (your name, date of birth, email address, address, telephone number, gender, and preferred currency). When you choose to make a deposit or withdrawal you are requested to submit your financial information (account and debit or credit card details, or e-wallet identifiers). We may request additional documents such as a copy of your ID, passport, driving license, credit card, proof of address, a selfie or video call, and confirmation of your source of funds.

We also process technical and usage data: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser information, session logs, game and transaction history (including failed deposit or withdrawal attempts), cookies as described below, and records of correspondence whether via the Website, email, chat, telephone, or other means.

3. How we collect player data

We collect your Player Data primarily from the moment when you create an account, when you update your profile, when you deposit or withdraw, when you play, and when you contact us.

Your financial information is collected through a secure server (SSL) for your registration as a real money player. Additional documents if necessary shall be uploaded through your player's account or a verification provider we appoint.

To prevent fraudulent or criminal activity, we may also collect information from other online gaming sites, banks, credit card companies, KYC providers, sanctions and PEP screening services, and other fraud-prevention agencies.

4. Why we process your data and our legal bases

We only process your Player Data when we have a legal basis to do so. The processing can either be based on your consent, on fulfilling a contract between us and you, on complying with our legal obligation, or on fulfilling our legitimate interest. If you refuse to provide your Player Data to us, we are unable to provide you the service or parts of the service.

The fulfillment of a contract requires, for example, that we process your account and payment details when you register as a real money player or choose to make a deposit or a withdrawal.

We process your location information (typically derived from your IP address and, where used, payment or KYC data) because we have a legal obligation and a legitimate interest to prevent access from jurisdictions where our Service is prohibited or requires a local licence. Logging in is not treated as consent for that processing.

In some cases, we process your personal data in order to fulfill our legitimate interests. Such legitimate interests consist of protecting us and any other users of the Website against fraud including the use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent or criminal activity (including any chargeback or other reversal of a payment). To fulfill said interest, we may check your details against and share Player Data with other online gaming sites, banks, credit card companies, and other fraud prevention agencies. We also have a legitimate interest to maintain and improve customer relations and our service. We may process your personal data for statistical purposes or to conduct research in a form that does not identify you where practicable.

We may also process your personal data in order to comply with our legal obligations. For example, anti-money laundering legislation requires all financial institutions to collect and record personal data to confirm a player's identity and to report any transactions arousing suspicion. We may also process your personal data for the purpose of supporting and promoting Responsible Gambling as well as preventing gambling-related harm and addiction and underage gambling.

We use automated tools, including risk and fraud scoring, to help decide whether to request extra verification, delay a payment, or restrict an Account. These tools do not solely determine decisions that produce legal effects without the possibility of human review. You may ask us to explain or review an automated decision that has significantly affected you by contacting Customer Support.

5. Marketing

We will only send you marketing communications where you have consented to receive such communications on a given channel. You can manage your marketing communication preferences directly from Account Settings under your profile. There you may choose to opt in or opt out of marketing communications via Phone, SMS, and Email at any time. Changes to your preferences take effect immediately.

We may share information with advertising partners to send a promotional communication to you or to show you customized content concerning our Websites, as well as other products, services, websites and applications which relate to companies within the Group or the Group's business partners and affiliates (together the "Marketing Partners"), which we believe may interest you, but only for a channel you have switched on.

You may also decline further marketing by contacting us or following the unsubscribe link in a relevant communication. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may continue to send you service-related updates and notifications.

6. Data sharing and processors

We may share your data with certain third parties, including law enforcement agencies, our service providers, and our affiliates - but only in accordance with this policy. We do not sell your personal data.

  1. Service Providers and Business Partners: We may engage selected third party companies and individuals to perform services complementary to our own (e.g. hosting and server co-location services, data analytics services, marketing agencies, and advertising services and tools, data and cybersecurity services, fraud detection and prevention services, identity-verification / KYC providers, payment processing services and our payment agent, user engagement services, e-mail distribution, and monitoring services, session recording, remote access services, and our business, legal, financial and privacy advisors) (collectively, "Service Providers"). These Service Providers may have access to your Personal Data, depending on each of their specific roles and purposes in facilitating and complementing our Services, and may only use it for such purposes. We remain responsible and liable for any Personal Data processing done by Service Providers on its behalf, other than for events outside of its reasonable control.
  2. Legal Disclosures: We may disclose or allow government and law enforcement officials access to certain Personal Data, in response to a subpoena, search warrant or court order (or similar requirement), or in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including for national security purposes. Such disclosure or access may occur with or without notice to you, if we have a good faith belief that we are legally compelled to do so, or that disclosure is appropriate in connection with efforts to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding actual or suspected illegal activity, fraud, or other wrongdoing.
  3. Protecting Rights and Safety: We may share your Personal Data with others, with or without notice to you, if we believe in good faith that this will help protect the rights, property or personal safety of NarniaSlots, any of our users or any members of the general public.
  4. Our Subsidiaries and Affiliated Companies: We may share Personal Data internally within our sister casinos, for the purposes described in this Policy. In addition, we can share Personal Data in case of change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of substantially all of our assets, with the parties involved. If we believe that such change in control might materially affect your Personal Data, we will notify you of this event and the choices you may have via e-mail and/or a prominent notice on our Services.

We may share your Personal Data in additional manners, pursuant to your explicit approval, or if we are legally obligated to do so, or if we have rendered such data non-personal and anonymous. We may transfer, share, or otherwise use non-personal data in our sole discretion and without the need for further approval.

7. International transfers

The Operator is established in Belize. Personal data may be processed in Belize, in the Republic of Cyprus (including by our payment agent), in Canada, in the European Economic Area, and in other countries where our Service Providers are located. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA or another jurisdiction that requires safeguards, we use appropriate contractual protections such as standard contractual clauses or a data-processing agreement, together with the security measures described in this policy.

8. How long we keep data

We retain the personal data for the period necessary for us to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We may also retain necessary personal data to resolve disputes, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of the Website and our service.

Generally, your personal data is retained for at least the duration of our relationship. Identity, transaction, and anti-money-laundering records are kept for a minimum of five (5) years after the end of the business relationship, as required by our AML & KYC Policy and our licensing obligations. Self-exclusion identifiers and marketing-suppression records are kept for as long as needed to honour those choices.

9. Account closure and deletion requests

You may ask us to close your Account and to erase personal data. If you have never deposited, withdrawn, received a bonus, or placed a bet, we will generally delete the Account and associated profile data, except for a minimal record of the request and any marketing-suppression or self-exclusion marker we need to stop a new Account being opened in breach of a restriction.

If you have transacted or played, we cannot erase identity, payment, gaming, or correspondence records that we must keep for anti-money-laundering, licensing, tax, or dispute purposes. Those records are restricted to compliance use and are erased or anonymised when the legal retention period ends. Marketing preferences and non-essential profile fields can be deleted on request.

10. Security and personal-data breaches

The Operator endeavor to maintain strict security measures on the Website and its associated sites, so that no unauthorized use, loss and/or alteration of data can be done to Player and Player Account Data.

Financial information like credit or debit card data will not be stored in the Website, and all credit and debit card transactions are stored for the purpose of processing the payments by a certified payment service provider of your choice.

The Player Account can only be accessed with a unique username and password. Any password will be stored in the Website only in encrypted form.

If we become aware of a personal-data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the competent authority where the law requires it and, where the risk is high, we will inform affected players without undue delay.

11. Children

The Service is not directed at anyone under 18, or under the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have done so, we will close the Account and delete or restrict the data as the law requires.

12. Other linked websites

Where there is a link from the Website to another relevant site, this Privacy Policy will not apply once you leave this site.

When you play casino or betting games, the privacy policy of the game provider also applies.

13. Your right to object to personal data processing

You have the right to at any time object to the processing of your personal data to direct marketing. The fastest way is to switch off Phone, SMS, and Email in Account Settings.

In so far as the processing of your personal data is based on a legitimate interest of us or a third party, you have the right to object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. When using your right to object, you are required to define the particular situation based on which you are objecting the data processing.

You have the right at any time object to the processing of your data for gaming. In so doing you instruct us to close your account, which will effectively prevent you from accessing your account. We will store your data as far as required by the licensing authorities.

You may use your right to object to the processing by either addressing the request to our Customer Support.

14. Your other rights

You always have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data where consent was the basis we relied on. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.

You have the right to obtain information of the personal data collected for processing, and a right to obtain a copy of such data. You are also entitled to have any such personal data that is inaccurate, outdated, unnecessary or contrary to the purposes of data processing corrected or erased, subject to the legal retention duties described above.

You are also entitled to have us restrict the processing of your personal data for example when you are waiting for our response to your access or erasure request.

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a machine-readable format, and have the right to transmit those data to another controller. You can print your data by logging into your player's account and printing it out from your profile page.

If you have any more questions regarding your rights, or you wish to make a request, please contact our Customer Support via the contact page. We aim to respond within 30 days.

If you suspect that we do not follow the applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority, including in your country of residence or the authority that supervises our processing.

We may update this policy from time to time, so please review it frequently.
