Bonus Terms & Conditions

These Bonus Terms & Conditions govern all promotional bonuses offered on NarniaSlots ("we", "us", "our"). By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.

1. General Bonus Principles

1.1. Bonuses are promotional funds and not real money.
1.2. Bonuses may be automatic or manually awarded.
1.3. Bonuses may include wagering requirements, caps, or expiration dates.
1.4. VIP, custom, reload, and bonus-code offers may be awarded or configured by administration. The deposit Welcome Pack and default Safety Shield are as set out in these terms.
1.5. All bonuses are wallet-based and currency-specific.

2. Welcome Pack

2.1 Eligibility

The Welcome Pack is awarded automatically on the first four successful deposits, counted in the order those deposits succeed.
Each step is awarded even if an earlier Welcome Pack match is still open.
A player who already has three successful deposits receives only the fourth-deposit step on their next successful deposit.
A deposit-match bonus code redeemed on a Welcome Pack deposit replaces that step’s match. Free Spins for that step still issue.

2.2 Bonus Amount

1st successful deposit: 100% match, maximum cap $100 USD (or currency equivalent), plus 50 Free Spins.
2nd successful deposit: 100% match, maximum cap $100 USD (or currency equivalent), plus 50 Free Spins.
3rd successful deposit: 150% match, maximum cap $150 USD (or currency equivalent), plus 75 Free Spins.
4th successful deposit: 150% match, maximum cap $150 USD (or currency equivalent), plus 75 Free Spins. Safety Shield is armed on this deposit only, as set out in Section 4.
Caps are converted automatically using current exchange rates.

2.3 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirement equals Bonus Amount multiplied by the wagering multiplier.
Default wagering multiplier is 25x.
Only real money bets count toward wagering.
Promotional funds are not real money. Only real-money bets after a successful deposit count toward wagering.
Welcome Pack Free Spin winnings have a 25× wagering requirement on the credited amount.
Bonus bets, free spins, promotional bets, and demo play do not count.
Only settled bets are counted.

2.4 Bonus Release

The bonus is credited in a pending state.
Wagering progress is tracked automatically and displayed in your account.
The bonus is released automatically once wagering is completed.
Wagering does not block withdrawals of real money if eligible (Verified + Depositor).

2.5 Expiration & Currency

Welcome Pack matches do not expire.
Each match is awarded in the same currency as the deposit that triggered it.

2.6 Free Spins issued by bonus code

A bonus code may issue Free Spins. The terms printed with that code apply.
Those winnings are credited to the wallet with a 25× wager lock on the credited amount, subject to the $100 USD session cap in Section 3.
If the grant is credited before a first deposit, winnings - including any balance accumulated by wagering those winnings - may be kept as real funds up to $50 USD (or currency equivalent). After the first deposit, wagering on that retained amount is 25×.

3. Free Spins

3.1. Welcome Pack Free Spins are issued on the first four successful deposits, as set out in Section 2.
3.2. Winnings from Free Spins are credited to the wallet with a 25× wager lock on the credited amount.
3.3. Withdrawal of Free Spin winnings requires successful account verification (KYC) and completion of that 25× wagering.
3.4. We reserve the right to cancel, remove, or reclaim Free Spins and/or related winnings at any time if they were granted in error, used outside the intended purpose, or where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
3.5. Welcome Pack Free Spins are limited to one grant per deposit step (first through fourth successful deposit) per person / household / IP / device / payment method unless stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts may result in the bonus being voided, winnings forfeited, and/or account closure.
3.6. Withdrawal requests involving Free Spin winnings will be declined unless KYC is complete and the 25× wager lock on those winnings has been cleared.
3.7. Every Free Spin session is capped at $100 USD (or currency equivalent) when SoftSwiss returns the winnings. No single session can credit more than $100 USD.
3.8. Each Welcome Pack Free Spin grant is a separate session with its own $100 USD cap and its own 25× wagering requirement.

4. Safety Shield Promotion

4.1 Eligibility

The Safety Shield promotion is available once per player.
The promotion is armed only on the player's fourth (4th) successful deposit.

4.2 Activation & Trigger

The Safety Shield is armed on the player's fourth successful deposit only. Later deposits are not covered.
The reward is triggered when the player's balance drops to $0.20 USD or below. This threshold accounts for minimum bet sizes, meaning the player can no longer place bets.
The reward is checked when the player's balance is refreshed (e.g. after closing a game session or returning to the lobby).

4.3 Reward

Upon activation, the player will receive an amount equal to 50% of their fourth successful deposit, up to a maximum of $100 USD (or currency equivalent).
The reward is credited as playable balance.

4.4 Wagering Requirements

The credited amount must be wagered at least one (1) time before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
Only settled bets count toward wagering requirements.

4.5 Withdrawals

Standard minimum withdrawal limits apply.
The player must meet all general withdrawal conditions, including account verification (KYC), where required.

4.6 Limitations

The Safety Shield can be activated only once per player, household, IP address, and/or payment method.
The Safety Shield will be void if the player makes any withdrawal on or after the fourth successful deposit, before the reward is triggered.
The promotion cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

4.7 Abuse & Irregular Play

Any form of abuse, fraud, or irregular play (including but not limited to bonus abuse, risk-free betting patterns, or manipulation of the promotion) will result in the reward being voided.
The operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse the reward in such cases.

4.8 General

All general Bonus Terms & Conditions apply.
The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time.

5. VIP Bonuses

5.1. VIP Bonuses are manually awarded by administration.
5.2. Eligibility may depend on VIP tier, account activity, or loyalty.
5.3. Each VIP Bonus may have unique terms including amount, wagering, and expiration.
5.4. Terms are communicated at the time of award.

6. Reload Bonuses

6.1. Reload Bonuses may be awarded manually, or automatically when promotional conditions are met. Automatic reactivation reloads do not apply to the first four successful deposits; the Welcome Pack applies on those deposits.
6.2. They are typically linked to promotions or player activity, including reactivation offers on a later deposit.
6.3. Each Reload Bonus may include its own wagering requirements and expiration.

7. Custom Bonuses

7.1. Custom Bonuses are manually awarded for compensation, promotions, or retention.
7.2. Terms such as amount, wagering, and expiration are configurable per bonus.
7.3. Bonuses can only be awarded in currencies where the player has an active wallet.

8. Wagering Rules (All Bonuses)

8.1. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
8.2. For Free Spins, winnings are credited to the wallet with a wager lock as specified in Section 3.
8.3. Only bets placed in the same currency as the bonus count toward wagering.
8.4. Multiple bonuses may be active at the same time and are tracked independently.
8.5. Wagering progress is displayed as completed versus required.

9. Bonus Status

9.1. Pending: Wagering in progress.
9.2. Completed: Bonus released.
9.3. Cancelled: Bonus removed by administration and not visible to the player.

10. Withdrawals

10.1. Bonuses do not lock real-money balances. Match funds are released into the wallet after wagering. Free Spin winnings are already in the wallet and stay locked until the 25× wagering on that amount is completed.
10.2. Players may withdraw real money at any time if eligible (Verified + Depositor).
10.3. Bonus funds become withdrawable only after release.

11. Bonus Abuse

11.1. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited. As a rule, one bonus is available per person, household, device, payment method, and IP address unless we say otherwise in the specific offer.
11.2. Manipulation or abuse of wagering mechanics is not allowed. Examples include, without limitation: using a bonus only on excluded or low-contribution games; hedging or pairing bets to lock a profit from bonus funds; delaying game rounds or using features in a way that is not genuine play; coordinating with others; or claiming the same offer more than once.
11.3. If we suspect abuse we will investigate before deciding the outcome. Depending on the facts we may cancel the bonus, forfeit bonus winnings, void related bets, restrict or close the Account, or take no action. Any remaining real-money balance that is not the proceeds of abuse may still be withdrawn after verification.

12. Administration Rights

12.1. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any bonus.
12.2. This includes cases of fraud, suspicious activity, or breach of terms.

13. Minimum Deposits & Configuration

13.1. All bonuses are subject to global minimum deposit requirements.
13.2. Welcome Pack amounts, wagering, and the default Safety Shield are fixed in these terms. Other bonus caps, wagering multipliers, and availability may be administratively configurable.
